Trust & fairness

You review the Dril Card and make the call yourself. Every score ships with the exact quote it's based on.

Yes. Consent is per posting and explicit. A candidate agrees to a specific role before that Dril's evidence ever reaches you.

We flag tab-switches and leaving fullscreen. A flag doesn't auto-reject anyone. You decide what it means alongside the rest of the evidence.

No. Each Dril Card keeps the rubric it was scored against, so a rubric change never reaches back and changes a decision on someone already evaluated.

Yes. Every dimension either shows the exact quote it's based on, or renders as Unscored if there wasn't one to cite.

For a Job Dril you invited or personally invited, the full interview video uploads and is kept for 90 days, same as the transcript and scores — unless you save that Dril Card first, in which case they stay. A self-serve Job Dril's video stays on the candidate's own device and is never uploaded to us; its transcript and scores still follow the same 90-day rule. For a Skill Dril you request, only two 5-second identity clips are uploaded, deleted after 90 days; the candidate's verified skill level stays.

Posting a role

Yes — check Invite when you post a role and hand-pick someone by email, no assessment required. Nothing runs automatically in the background either way — Matching only ever runs when you explicitly click Run Matching on the posting.

Click Run Matching on a posting to score a fixed batch of 25 real candidates against your JD, ranked by fit — not a keyword scan. Click Load more for the next 25, any time. Every batch is the same flat price, so the cost is known before you click, whether it's your first run or your fifth.

Billing

A $50 minimum balance gets you started. You're billed per session for an Invite or a Personal Invite, not per posting — a posting just rolls up every session run against it into one line — plus a flat, predictable rate per AI Matching batch if you use it. A self-serve session from the Dril Board costs you nothing, the talent funds that one. Marking a posting completed stops any new session from starting; anything already underway still finishes and bills as normal. No contract.

You'll get a warning at $20. If your balance goes negative and stays there for 24 hours, open postings close automatically. New sessions stop, but anything already running finishes and bills as normal.

No. It's self-serve, no seats, no lock-in, no call required. You top up when you need to and stop whenever you want.
